My Story
Hi, I’m Therese Winters, Founder & CEO of MINE Your Business Virtual Solutions. And if we were talking over coffee right now, I’d say this: You don’t have to do it all alone. Since launching my business in 2017, I’ve partnered with entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and small business owners who are ready to reclaim their time and focus on what matters most. My clients don’t just want support. They want a thinking partner who brings order, insight, and ease to the backend of their business.
As a seasoned business support professional, I bring a wide range of experience in human resources, administrative leadership, digital marketing, and client care. I’m known for being a trusted thought partner, someone who helps business owners think through their next steps, not just check off tasks. I’m also learning how to integrate AI tools into my support systems, offering smarter and more streamlined ways to help my clients lead and grow with less stress.
Some of the ways I support my clients include email marketing, CRM and calendar management, social media content creation, Zoom production, WordPress website edits, workshop coordination, blogging, and light invoicing. I focus on the daily details so you can lead with clarity and grow with confidence.
I work best with business owners who’ve been in business at least two years, are generating $75K to $100K or more annually, and are ready to delegate operations to a US-based, long-term virtual assistant. I also love supporting nonprofits that are mission-driven and ready to invest in systems and strategy that move their vision forward.
Outside of work, I share life with my wonderful husband Elmo. We’ve been married since 2014 and serve together as ministry leaders. We’ve embraced a plant-based, whole-food lifestyle and enjoy traveling the country in our RV. Between adventures, I’m usually reading, exploring new tech tools, or diving into something I’m curious to learn. Together, we enjoy staying connected to our blended family of five children and nine grandchildren, while also creating space to grow, serve, and live with intention.
