I combine eight years of hands-on VA experience with AI strategy and implementation, so you get the best of both worlds: thoughtful human support and cutting-edge technology.

My Story
Hi, I am Therese Winters, Founder & CEO of MINE Your Business Virtual Solutions. And if we were talking over coffee right now, I would say this: You do not have to do it all alone. Since launching my business in 2017, I have partnered with coaches, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders who are ready to reclaim their time and focus on what matters most. My clients do not just want support. They want a thinking partner who brings order, insight, and ease to the backend of their business.
In 2026, I am making a bold move. I am completing my AI Consultant Certification and specializing in services for coaches. Why? Because I have watched too many talented coaches burn out spending hours on backend tasks instead of coaching their clients and growing their business.
As an AI Consultant & Virtual Assistant, I bring eight years of hands-on experience in human resources, administrative leadership, digital marketing, and client care, plus expertise in AI strategy and implementation. I am known for being a trusted thought partner who helps coaches think through their next steps while building smart systems that save time and energy.
Here is how I support coaches: AI-powered content creation and social media scheduling, email marketing and newsletter optimization with AI tools, automated client onboarding systems, calendar and inbox management, WordPress website edits, Zoom production, workshop coordination, and blogging. I focus on the daily details and the big-picture strategy so you can lead with clarity and grow with confidence.
I work best with established coaches who have been in business at least two years, are generating $75K or more annually, and are ready to delegate operations to a trusted, US-based, AI-savvy virtual assistant.
Outside of work, I share life with my wonderful husband Elmo. We have been married since 2014 and serve together as ministry leaders. We have embraced a plant-based, whole-food lifestyle and enjoy traveling the country in our RV. Between adventures, I am usually reading, exploring new AI tools and tech, or diving into something I am curious to learn. Together, we enjoy staying connected to our blended family of five children and nine grandchildren, while also creating space to grow, serve, and live with intention.
